How is Aligned Collective ensuring clean workspaces?
We have implemented a multi level cleaning system to maintain a clean and safe environment for all members. 2x per week we do a full clean of the entire facility including both washrooms, all private offices, coffee area and print station. In between member bookings, we ask that each member wipe their station down upon exit. We then come in after each member to ensure all areas have been thoroughly sanitized prior to the next member usage.
How do I enter the building?
Please go to our member-only side door access located to the left of the front door (south side). In order to use your keys, open up your Aligned Collective membership account and log in. Once you have used your pass or paid for membership, your keys will appear under keys in the drop down menu on the website, or keys icon on the Proximity Space App that you can download. This door is outfitted with a locking device triggered by you clicking on your keys that are delivered to you once you have used your pass, or paid for a membership. When you sign up you can download the app or use the website to access your keys and pay for memberships.

What do I do when I leave?
Upon exit of your scheduled office timeslot, please use the provided bleach and water spray bottle to wipe down surfaces you’ve been in contact with. We will do a deeper clean between users however this helps to break the chain between your booking and our cleaning.
